For us to achieve uttermost progress in our endeavours, it is crucial for us to understand the use of our time productively. In this part of the world, we take time for granted, that at the end of the day, we don't have enough time any longer to finish our tasks. We all have the same amount of time wheather rich of poor, hence, there are a number of time increase and productivity we must learn in order to curb time wasting, which includes the following:
(a) Poor resource quality
(b) Wumbled and jumbled working environment.
(c) Unnecessary visits and visitors.
(d) Everyday email checking.
(e) Failing to plan, hence, having planned to fail.
(f) Making and recieving unnecessary calls during working hours.
All these can be curbed by accounting for your time and being diligent to it in a number of ways:
(i) Create Your Own Time:
We are humans, and because of this we should plan for times when we can unwind, like calling up a friend for instance or having a Get Together. It is when we make habits of doing these time wasting acts that they become a problem.

(v) Set Projects: You must be able to synchronise your schedules. It is best to prioritise your tasks and itemise them in the degree of "urgencies", necessities and time wasting categories.
